The Inaugural Meeting of the new Jazz Appreciation Group took place on 3rd June 2-4pm in Room 5 of the Knutsford Methodist Church.
A steering committee consisting of John Townend, Steve Fern, Jon Cartmel and Helen Smith is to guide the Group and they have collectively a wide range of experience of the various aspects of Jazz.
A resume of what might be covered has been produced but ideas from members will be taken on board as the Group progresses.
